EXO countdown Gold

EXO‘s Japanese album “Countdown” has officially been certified gold in Japan, just after 10 days of its release!

On February 10th, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced that EXO‘s first full length Japanese album “Countdown” had sold over impressive 100,000 copies, receiving a gold certificate. Remarkably, the album reached this benchmark just within 10 days of its release on January 31st.

EXO‘s “Countdown” is gaining great success, taking the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s weekly chart earlier this week and becoming the first foreign group to top the chart both its first full-length Japanese album and its first Japanese single within their first weeks of release.

Congratulations to EXO!
